BBQ Grilled Pizza

  • 3/4 c. Shirley J Bbq Sauce Mix(prepared as directed on package)
  • 2 c. Shirley J Sourdough Bread Mix
  • 3/4 c. Water(for bread mix)
  • 1 Tbs Instant Yeast(for bread mix)
  • 6 oz Chicken Breast(pan seared and chopped into ¼” strips)
  • 1/2 c. Frozen Corn
  • 1 c. Mild Cheddar Cheese, Grated
  • 1/4 c. Green Onions(sliced thin)
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil

Directions:

Clean BBQ grill well with a wire brush and preheat grill to medium heat. Prepare pizza crust by following directions on sourdough package. After first rise, roll dough into a 14-inch circle. Brush oil evenly on top of pizza crust. Before cooking crust be sure to have all pizza toppings in place next to the grill. Place the dough onto the grill by flipping it over, placing the oiled side directly on the grill. Cook for about two minutes, rotating dough frequently with approximately ¼ turns. When dark brown marks appear, flip the bread over and immediately place the sauce evenly over the face of the bread. Add cheese, corn, chicken, and green onions. Cook for approximately two minutes, rotating pizza every few seconds until golden brown.

You don't have to grill this, I just put mine in the oven.
