Artichoke Dip

This is yummy!

Ingredients:

1/2 c. Shirley J Universal Sauce
1 Tbs Shirley J Pizza And Pasta Seasoning
1/2 tsp Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
2 c. Water
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 c. Mozzarella Cheese(grated)
8 oz Cream Cheese
14 oz Artichoke Hearts(drained and chopped)

Directions:

Combine water and Universal Sauce in small saucepan over medium heat. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat and add cayenne, Pizza Pasta Seasoning, and Bouillon, whisk. Add cream cheese, artichokes, and mozzarella, stirring lightly. Remove to an ovenproof casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.
